They simply liked their wines and know their vineyards. A selction of the most resistant plants was made. This was a fantastic opportunity to create a vineyard with many clones of the same varieties and keep the biodiversity as high as possible. In 2020 it was decided not to use copper in our vineyard and orchard. So far it works. At Winnicawieliezka both wines and ciders are produced, using only wild yeasts and without any sugar/acidity corrections and they don’t use any finig agets. The wines that are produced are both sparkling and still wines, such as white, rosé and red as well as amber wines.
